Umesh is the founding Director of Rotomag, with over 30 years of experience in steering the business of electric drives, transmission systems and solar pumps. His leadership has been central to shaping the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and creating the footprint of our overseas business. Throughout his career, he has combined technical insight with business acumen to identify new business opportunities, nurture the leadership teams, scale manufacturing capabilities, and align product development with evolving market needs.

He is an Electronics Engineer from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalay, SP University and an MBA graduate from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.

Neelam Balani is the Director of IT, Neelam is a seasoned operations and systems leader at Rotomag with 30 years of experience in research, education and business operations. She has played a critical role in various functional areas at Rotomag including international sales, operations and quality. During last 5 years she has been leading digital transformation of all our business as well as the operating systems and processes.

She is a MSc, M,Phil and PhD in Biotechnology as well as Bachelor’s in Business Administration from ICFAI, and has completed 1 year course in Operations Management from IIM-Lucknow.

Priyanka Gulati is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of consulting sector and prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Manthan Management Solutions Private Limited as its director.

She is currently serving as a partner at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP. She has been awarded the Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur of the Year at the 3rd FLO Women Awards of Uttar Pradesh, 2017-2018 by FICCI.

Ranganath N Krishna is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a degree of bachelor of engineering (mechanical) from University of Madras, and a postgraduate diploma in business management from Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur.

He has over 20 years of experience in the engineering sector. He has previously worked with Grundfos Pumps India Private Limited.

Anil Kumar Raina is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a degree of bachelor of science (electrical engineering) from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

He has 38 years of experience with Crompton Greaves Limited serving as the executive vice president and president – industrial BU.

Rakesh Kumar Bhutoria is the Non - Executive Nominee Director of our Company. He has been appointed as a Non-Executive Nominee Director of our Company pursuant to the Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement. He holds a degree of bachelor of chemical engineering from Jadavpur University and degree of master of management studies from University of Bombay.

He has over 16 years of experience in banking sector. He has also previously worked as a managing director of Standard Chartered Bank and group executive vice president in commercial banking at IDFC Bank Limited.
